Stress means a feeling of massive pressure on your mind or brain. Every human being is affected by stress. Stress can be good or bad, depends upon your capacity of ”tolerance”. Sometimes, being under pressure would help you to do your best but it becomes dangerous when you have the continuous feeling of this overwhelming stress.
